When should I secure my booking?
Securing a reservation 2–3 weeks prior is advised, particularly during the high season, which spans from May through September. For corporate gatherings and private events, aiming to book 4–6 weeks in advance is ideal for ensuring availability and customization possibilities.
What is the course of action if the weather is uncooperative?
Your safety is our utmost concern. In the event of adverse weather as determined unsafe by the captain, we will propose an alternative date for your charter or issue a complete refund. We keep a close watch on the weather forecasts and will inform you if there are any concerns 24 hours in advance of your scheduled departure.
May I bring my own provisions and drinks?
Guests are allowed to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages. We also offer exceptional catering services tailored to your tastes. For safety measures, please be aware that glassware is prohibited on board.

What are the terms of your cancellation policy?
For cancellations more than 72 hours before departure, we issue a full refund. Cancellations that are made between 24 and 72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellations made within the 24-hour period before departure are non-refundable, with the exception of those due to unsafe weather conditions or yacht mechanical issues.
